H5亚型禽流感病毒的研究与应用

摘要 禽流感病毒一直威胁着水禽养殖业、哺乳动物及人类健康。文章主要从H5Nx亚型AIV流行现状、H5亚型禽流感病毒检测方法、H5亚型AIV疫苗候选株的构建及鉴定和不同H5亚型AIV疫苗的研究与应用等方面进行阐述,为进研究H5Nx亚型AIV提供理论参考。
