摘要 非洲猪瘟是由非洲猪瘟病毒引起的猪的一种急性烈性传染病,猪只感染病毒后的发病率和死亡率可高达100%,对生猪养殖生产造成不可估量的损失。现阶段还没有有效的药物和疫苗来防控非洲猪瘟,对于养殖场来说,目前最有效的措施是做好生物安全防控。本文就非洲猪瘟的病原特性、流行病学及生物安全防控措施等方面进行阐述,加强养殖户对非洲猪瘟的了解,做好生物安全防控措施,为切断非洲猪瘟的传播扩散奠定基础。 African swine fever(ASF)is an acute and devastating disease of pigs caused by African swine fever virus(ASFV).The morbidity and mortality of swine infected with the virus can be as high as 100%,which cause immeasurable losses to pig breeding and production.Currently,there is no effective drug or vaccine to prevent and control African swine fever.For farms,the most effective measure is to do a meticulous work in biosecurity prevention and control.This paper elaborates on the pathogenic characteristics,epidemiology,biosecurity prevention and control measures of African swine fever,so as to enhance farmers’understanding of African swine fever and take biosecurity prevention and control measures,laying a foundation for cutting off the spread of African swine fever.
