摘要
本文提出一种新的现场整体溯源方法,可避开单个数字计量装置无法有效溯源的问题,理论分析了各个数字计量装置误差对整体有功计量的误差影响,通过建立数学模型,得到误差解析表达式。针对典型的智能变电站数字计量装置配置方案设计整体校验方案,对现场校验过程中可能出现的问题进行预估并提供解决方案。以某在建的智能变电站为例,对数字计量系统进行现场整体校验,统计并分析误差校验数据。实例证明整体校验方法的有效性和正确性,反映了当前数字计量系统的现状。
In this paper, a holistic tracing method is proposed in order to avoid the problem that the effective traceability can not be implemented for single digital measuring device.The relationship between digital measuring devices’ error and holistic power measuring error is analyzed, meanwhile mathematical model is established and error analytic expression is obtained .The holistic verification scheme is designed aiming at typical digital measuring scheme in smart substations .The possible problem in the calibration process is estimated and the corresponding solutions is provided .In a substation under construction as an example, the field calibration for the whole digital measurement is carried out, and the error calibration data are counted and analyzed.The local calibration result indicates that the holistic calibration method is correct and effective .
