摘要
根据运行人员经验及运行规程,将运行人员模糊的人工判断思维过程进行提炼,将手动的控制流程人工智能化,重点对火电机组双进双出钢球磨直吹式制粉系统燃料控制与超(超)临界机组给水调节系统的匹配关系进行研究,并结合运行人员操作习惯和机组实际运行特点,实现全程给水智能控制。项目的实施将大幅度降低运行人员劳动强度,减少人为误操作风险,满足机组节能优化运行的要求和调峰的负荷范围要求。
According to the operation personnel experience and operating rules,the process of thought of personnel fuzzy artificial judgment is analyzed,artificial intelligence is added to the manual control process. The matching relationship is researched between the double inlet and double outlet ball mill pulverizing fuel control system and feed-water regulation system in thermal power unit. Combined with the actual operation way and operation characteristics,intelligent control of the whole water supply is realized. The implementation of the project will greatly reduce the labor intensity of the operation personnel,reduce human error operating risk,and meet the requirements of energy-saving optimization operation and peak load range.
