FGD系统运行对出口烟尘排放影响的研究

Research on impact of FGD operation to outlet dust emission

石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫系统在运行过程中,存在出口烟气携浆和除雾器堵塞等现象。本文研究了出口烟气携浆中的组分构成,并考察了工况条件排放烟尘浓度和成分变化规律,探讨除雾器性能参数与烟气携浆比例的关系。

The phenomenon of slurry escape and demister blocking frequently often occur during the operation of FGD. The component composition of escape slurry drops is researched,and the variation rule of escape component and smoke dust concentration is analyzed. At last,the relationship between performance parameter of demister and slurry escape ratio is discussed.
