摘要
为了发挥负荷时间弹性在需求侧管理中的作用,本文建立起基于负荷时间弹性的分行业峰谷分时电价响应模型。该模型可以使供电方更好地掌握不同行业的用电行为,制定合适的峰谷电价。算例仿真结果表明,基于负荷时间弹性的峰谷电价有利于移峰填谷、改善负荷曲线、提高电网的负荷率。
In order to play a role of time elasticity of load in demand-side management,this paper establishes a sub-sectors time-of-use price( TOU price) response model on the basis of time elasticity of the load. The model can make the electricity supply side grasp the power consumption behavior precisely of different industries and set an appropriate TOU price. Simulation results show that the TOU price based on the load time flexible is beneficial for peak load shifting,to mend the load curve and improve the grid's load rate.
