中国实施"双一流"大学建设,明显具有全球比较的竞争含义,这是中国高等教育发展到一定阶段的必然诉求。"世界一流"是国际评价水准,是给予位列前茅的大学"世界一流"的地位和荣耀。这不仅会影响大学组织的期望,而且还能吸引更多的社会支持。所以深入研究国际大学评价体系,对我国大学"双一流"建设具有重要的借鉴意义。客观分析世界大学评价体系的优点与局限性,我国建设世界一流大学应该以学科为基础,强化大学职能,坚持特色发展,增强文化自信。

The construction of'double first-rate'university,is obviously with the meaning of global comparison and competition,which is a symbol of Chinese higher education development to a certain level.'World-class'is an international evaluation standard,top universities with'world-class'status and glory,can not only affect the organizational expectations but also attract more social support.Therefore,the in-depth study of world universities evaluation system has important significance for the Chinese'double first rate'construction.Based on the objective analysis of the advantages and limitations of the world-famous universities evaluation system,this paper puts forward that Chinese construction of world-class universities should be based on disciplines,strengthen the university functions,adhere to the characteristics of development and enhance cultural self-confidence.
