学术期刊共同体指的是那些在学术关怀、办刊理念、价值追求、精神气质、行业规范等方面具有共性的期刊,它们彼此监督、平等对话、资源共享,服务学术、推进学术发展和学术繁荣,发挥着平台、媒介和社区等功能。互联网时代为传统学术期刊带来了新问题和新挑战,同时也为期刊的专业化、专题化、集成化和人性化发展转型提供了有利条件。学术期刊应该走上共同体建设之路,运用互联网思维方式和技术,推动学术期刊共同体建设和发展。具体而言,应该树立'互联网+'学术期刊共同体观念;强化'互联网+'学术期刊共同体功能建设,推进共同体成员深度合作;提升期刊办刊能力、重构办刊思路,保障'互联网+'学术期刊共同体顺畅运行。

What is called academic journal community is an organization which is constructed by some academic journals that share the common academic concerns,the concept of managing journals,value pursuit,spiritual temperament and professional standard.All the members in the community should supervise each other,dialogue on the basis of equality and share resources,and the goal of the community is to serve academic,promote academic research to progress flourish.The academic journal community is composed of three different layers,they are subjects,institutions and spirit,and it can function well as a platform,a medium or a community.The rapid development of internet brings not only new problems and challenges,but also positive conditions to the traditional academic journals to develop and transit.Academic journal should take the way of community construction and make full use of internet thinking and technology,to promote the development of academic journal community.More specifically,the idea of'Internet+'academic journal community should be established;the functional construction of the community should be strengthened,and deep cooperation of the community members should be encouraged;the members’capacity of managing journals should be improved in order to support the operation of the community.
