摘要
国外终身监禁制度较之我国已有更为成熟的发展。通过国外终身监禁制度在适用对象、执行及影响适用的因素等内容的比较研究,可以吸收借鉴其有利因素,以期对我国终身监禁的理解与完善有所裨益。
Compared with China,life imprisonment system in foreign countries have experienced more mature development. Through the comparative study of applicable objects, execution system and influencing applicable factors, we can absorb the favorable factors which will be of great significance to the understanding and improvement of life imprisonment in China.
