信息技术最早进入社区矫正领域主要是日常办公和社区服刑人员监管。指纹考勤、手机定位在社区矫正监管工作中发挥了重要作用,但指膜欺骗、人机分离、越界脱矫、出境外逃等问题时有发生。随着信息化由IT(信息技术)时代向DT(大数据技术)时代的跨越,上述问题将得到有效解决,采用虚拟周界、轨迹跟踪、数据共享、数字画像将解决监管工作中的新问题,社区矫正监管工作也将向着精细化、科学化、智能化方向发展。

The earliest entry of information technology into the field of community correction is mainly routine office work and supervision of community correcter. Fingerprint attendance and mobile phone positioning play an important role in the supervision of community correction, but fingerprint deception, human-machine separation, cross-border decommissioning, fleeing abroad and other problems often occur. With the leap from IT(information technology) era to DT(big data technology) era, the above problems will be effectively solved. New problems in supervision will be solved by using virtual perimeter, trajectory tracking, data sharing and digital portrait. Community correction supervision will also be developed in the direction of refinement, science and internalization.
