印章印文阶段性特征体系初设

Preliminary Idea of Periodical Characteristics System of Seal Document

印章在我国社会历史的发展过程中占据着重要的地位,或象征地位权力,或代表个人信用,随之出现的违法犯罪活动则推动了印章印文鉴定的产生与发展。与时俱进的印章制作工艺以及层出不穷的伪造变造手法不断地给印章印文鉴定带来新的困难与挑战,现行印章印文鉴定中阶段性特征变化规律体系的缺位也使印章印文鉴定实务工作陷入了诸多困境。基于此前提,提出初步建构印章印文阶段性特征变化规律体系之设想,为当前印章印文鉴定实践活动中存在的相关困惑提供有效的解决思路。

Seals always occupy an important position in the development of our country’s social history, or symbolize the status of power, or represent personal credit. And the contagion of illegal activities promoted the generation and development of stamp and seal identification. The ever-changing seal making techniques and the endless alteration of falsified tactics have brought new difficulties and challenges to the identification of seals document, and the lack of a systematic change of the periodical characteristics has also cause a lot of problem in the current stamps document identification’s practice. The practice of identification has fallen into many difficulties. Based on this premise, the author proposes a tentative plan for constructing a system for changing the characteristics of periodical characteristics of seals document characteristics, providing an effective solution to the current perplexities associated with seals document identification practice.
