摘要
社区矫正队伍建设是做好社区矫正工作的组织保障。通过对某地社区矫正专职工作人员的问卷调查和访谈发现,虽然社区矫正的试点和试行已有16年时间,但距离党的十八届四中全会提出的法治队伍建设正规化、专业化、职业化的要求还有较大差距。从人员构成、专业背景、工作方式方法、工作时间的分布、矫正方案的设计、矫正小组的运作以及工作人员的待遇、执法身份和执法权限等问题,都需要引起各级领导的关注和重视。
the construction of community corrections team is the organizational guarantee of community corrections work.Through questionnaires and interviews with full-time community corrections staff in a certain place,it is found that although community corrections has been piloted and tried for 16 years,there is still a big gap between the regularization,specialization and professionalism of the construction of legal team proposed by the fourth plenary session of the 18 th central committee of the communist party of China.Leaders at all levels should pay attention to such issues as personnel composition,professional background,working methods,distribution of working hours,design of corrections schemes,operation of corrections teams,treatment of staff,law enforcement status and law enforcement authority.
