The Mode Choice of Social Forces Participating in Community Correction

社会力量参与社区矫正的本质意义在于彰显强化社会安全控制、分担社会责任、发挥社区功能和规范社区矫正制度设计的内在价值。依照不同的标准,社会力量参与社区矫正的模式有不同的类型。我国社会力量参与社区矫正的模式与我国的社会结构、社会形态、社会文化特征相匹配,主要有职业主导型、政府主导型、职能参与型、志愿参与型和互利合作型五种模式。

The essential significance of social forces participating in community correction lies in highlighting thevalue ofenhancing the security of social control,sharing social responsibility,performing the community functions and standardizing the design of community correction.According to different standards,there are different types of social forces participating in community correction which ismatch with the social structure,social form and social culture of our country.There are mainly five modes:career-oriented,government-oriented,functional participation,voluntary participation and mutually beneficial cooperation mode.
