家蚕无性繁殖性状的基因效应分析

Analysis of gene effects on asexual reproductive characters in silkworm(Bombyx mori L.)

利用世代平均值分析的多元回归程序,分析了家蚕无性繁殖性状的基因效应。结果表明,各世代间无性繁殖发生率水平存在显著差异,无性繁殖性状符合加性—显性遗传模型,表现为部分显性遗传,主要受加性效应所控制,显性效应比例较小,不存在上位效应。

Gene effects of asexual reproductive characters in silkworm were studied based on the multiple regression procedure for the generation mean value analysis. The results showed that the rates of asexual developed eggs varied markedly among different generations, the hereditary effect of silkworm asexual reproductive character was subordinated to additive and dominant model. The asexual reproductive character showed partly dominant hereditary and was mainly controlled by additive effect, and the dominant effect was unsignificant, with no epistatic effect at all.
