煤基产业产学研合作的发展与对策研究——以淮南市为例

Research on the Development and Countermeasures of Industry-University-Research Cooperation in Coal-based Industry——take Huainan City as an Example

推进煤基产业的产学研合作是煤炭城市转变发展方式、转换增长动力、深化供给侧结构性改革的重要手段。以淮南市为例,梳理了煤基产业产学研发展的情况,重点分析了产学研深度融合的方式、成效和存在的问题,在此基础上,从构建煤基产业的创新链、打造煤基产业现代供应链、优化煤基产业的利益链、完善煤基产业的服务链四个方面提出了优化对策,为煤炭型城市经济从高速增长转向高质量发展的进程中提供研究视野与实践探索。

Promoting the industry-university-research cooperation in the coal-based industry is an important means for the coal cities to transform its development mode and growth momentum,and deepen the supply-side structural reform. Taking Huainan city as an example,this study sorts out the development of industry-university-research in coal-based industries,and focuses on the methods,effects and existing problems of deep integration of industry,academia and research. On this basis,the optimization strategy is put forward from the four aspects of constructing the innovation chain of coal-based industry,creating a modern supply chain of coal-based industries,optimizing the interest chain of coal-based industries,and improving the service chain of coal-based industries,which provides a research horizon and practical exploration for the coal-based urban economy in the transition from high-speed growth to high-quality development.
