妊娠糖尿病不同诊断标准对妊娠及新生儿结局的影响 被引量:1

Comparative Study of the Effect for the Different Standards of Diagnosis of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus on Pregnancy and Neonatal Outcomes

摘要 目的观察采用不同标准诊断妊娠糖尿病(gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM)并给予干预后,对新生儿及妊娠结局的影响。方法选择2013-01/2013-12月在某医院妇产科建立档案、生育的孕妇376例,所有孕妇按照旧标准未诊断为GDM,按新标准诊断为GDM,为干预组。回顾分析2012-01/2012-12月建立档案、生育完毕的孕妇,检出按照旧标准未诊断为GDM、新标准诊断为GDM的孕妇392例,为对照组。干预组孕妇接受降糖干预,观察两组孕妇的妊娠情况、新生儿结局的差异。结果干预组孕妇在接受降糖干预治疗后新生儿质量以及妊娠结局要好于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于GDM采用新的诊断标准,能够更严格的管理好高危妊娠,减少临床不良事件的发生,提高孕产质量。 Objective To observe the different standard diagnosis of gestational diabetes mellitus( GDM),and given intervention,neonatal effects of quality and pregnancy outcome. Methods Chose 376 birth and pregnant women from January2013 to December 2013 in a hospital gynecology and obstetrics department,all pregnant women were not in accordance with the old standard diagnosis of GDM,but could keep in accordance with the new standard diagnosis of GDM. A retrospective analysis of392 birth and pregnant women who newly diagnosed as GDM through the new standard diagnosis from January 2012 to December2012,and those pregnant women as the control group. The pregnant women in intervention group were received hypoglycemic intervention,observed the pregnancy situation of two groups pregnant women and neonatal outcomes. Results The pregnancy situation and neonatal outcomes after hypoglycemic intervention in the intervention group was better than the control group,and there was statistical difference. Conclusion The new diagnostic standard for GDM,can strictly manage the high-risk pregnancy,reduce the incidence of clinical adverse events,and improve birth and pregnant quality.
