Effect of Mental Education and Training on Coping Strategies of Young Servicemen

摘要 目的探索青年军人心理教育训练对应对策略的影响效果,为部队心理教育训练提供指导。方法对457名军人实施心理教育训练,然后问卷调查心理训练的效果以及心理教育训练对应对策略的影响情况,收回有效问卷450份,有效率为98.46%。结果 89.68%的军人认为训练效果好,而且训练后军人更多选择积极应对策略(训练前后配对t检验,P<0.01)。结论军人心理教育训练有效,且能让个体选择更为适当的应对方式,而适当的应对方式能有效缓解心理冲突,这将能有效降低应激的程度以维护心理健康,保障部队战斗力。 Objective To explore mental education and training impact on coping strategies and provide guidance for mental education and training in the army.Methods A cross-sectional survey research was conducted.A total of 457 young servicemen participated in mental education and training.The closed questionnaire of Simplified Coping Style was employed to evaluate the effect of mental education and training,and mental education and training impact on coping strategies.A total of 450 questionnaires were obtained with a response rate of 98.46%.Results Among the subjects,89.68%thought the training effect was good,and positive coping styles deserved more attention from young soldiers(paired sample t test before and after training,P<0.01).Conclusion Mental education and training is effective and can make the individual choose more effective coping styles which can effectively relieve the psychological conflict and maintain mental health to ensure battle effectiveness.
