军队医院文职人员军事卫勤继续教育培训考核指标体系构建

Construction of Assessment Index System on Continuing Education and Training of Military Medical Service for Civilian Staff in Military Hospital

目的构建军队医院文职人员军事卫勤继续教育培训考核指标体系,科学、客观、全面评价文职人员军事卫勤保障能力。方法应用理论研究、实际调研对军队医院文职人员军事卫勤继续教育培训内容及考核指标体系进行了初步构建。采用Delphi法、层次分析法确定指标体系内容和权重。结果确立了军队医院文职人员军事卫勤继续教育培训考核指标体系为3级,共设3项一级指标、10项二级指标、41项三级指标。结论该指标体系内容可作为军队文职人员军事卫勤继续教育培训指引,为科学考评军队医院文职人员军事卫勤保障能力提供客观理论依据。

Objective To construct the assessment index system on continuing education and training of military medical service for civilian staff in military hospital,further evaluate the military medical support capacity of civilian staff from the scientific,objective and comprehensive perspective.Methods Applied with theoretical research and practical investigation to preliminarily build the training contents and the assessment index system on continuing education and training of military medical service,and use the Delphi method and Analytical hierarchy process to determine the content and weight of this index system.Results Established an index system with three levels,totally included 3 pieces of first level index,10 pieces of secondary level index and 41 pieces of third level index.Conclusion This assessment index system could be used as guidelines on continued education and training of military medical service for civilian staff,and provided an objective theoretical basis for scientific evaluation of the ability of medical support for civilian staff in military hospital.
