不同培养模式护生实习环境满意度及影响因素调查分析

Investigation and Analysis on Satisfaction and Influencing Factors of Clinical Practice Environment for Nursing Students

目的了解医院实习环境的满意度现状,分析影响因素,为提高临床护理教学质量和改进教学模式提供参考。方法运用护理临床实习环境评价量表,对2013-04/2014-02月171名护生进行问卷调查,以多元线性回归分析,研究满意度评分的主要影响因素。结果护生对医院实习环境满意度评分中位数为103分(占满分120分的85.8%);对护生年龄、学历、院校地区、实习时间、是否安排住宿、是否"订单式"培养等因素分析结果,发现满意度评分的主要影响因素是不同培养模式(P<0.01)、是否安排住宿(P<0.01)和不同地区院校(P<0.05)。结论医院应科学确定护理教育模式,加大"订单式"护生培养比例,推进医院与教学院校的联系与衔接,拓宽护理人才培养新途径。

Objective To investigate satisfaction status of hospital practice environment and analyze the influencing factors for improving the quality and model of clinical nursing teaching.Methods The satisfaction rating scores of 171 nursing students were investigated(Apr.2013 to Feb.2014)by using clinical nursing practice environment rating scale.The main influencing factors of satisfaction rating scores were analyzed by multiple linear regression models.Results The satisfaction score for the hospital practice environment was 103 points(median,account for 85.8% for 120 points totally).The main influencing factors were training mode(P<0.01),provision of accommodation(P<0.01)and the colleges in different regions(P<0.05)by multiple linear regression analysis,with dependent variable(satisfaction rating scores)and independent variables(age,education,regional institution,practice time,provision of accommodation and the'Order'training).Conclusions Hospitals should scientifically determine nursing education model,increase the'Order'percentage of nursing students in training,promote an effective interface between teaching in hospital and medical institutions,and broaden the personnel development in new ways.
