Misunderstanding and Countermeasures during Department Performance Evaluation

摘要 目的探讨科学合理的科室绩效评价体系的建立。方法通过查阅资料和结合实践分析现行医院的科室绩效评价体系并剖析存在问题,提出解决措施。结果目前科室绩效评价体系存在多种不合理的现象,需制定不同权重的绩效评价指标、建立科学合理的评价机制、深化全成本核算管理和建立以综合绩效为基础的劳务补贴分配机制。结论医院绩效评价管理部门应结合医院实际情况,不断探索和优化医院科室绩效评价的理论和方法,提高医院科室绩效管理的科学性和合理性。 Objective To explore scientific and reasonable establishment of department performance evaluation system.Methods The current hospital departments performance evaluation system was analysed by accessing data and combining the practical experiences and the problems were found out.Some counter measures were presented.Results At present there were many unreasonable phenomena in the hospital department performance evaluation system.A new performance evaluation system with different weights,a scientific and reasonable evaluation mechanism,a new mechanism of employment subsidies based on comprehensive performance and deepen full-cost management should be established.Conclusion The administration department of performance evaluation management should keep exploring and optimizing theories and methods of the hospital departments performance evaluation,improve the scientificity and rationality of the hospital departments performance evaluation management by combining the hospitals' actual situation.
