目的探讨军人电子健康档案及健康管理系统的软件设计与应用效果。方法结合军人电子健康档案的特征和当前军队卫生信息化建设基础,深入分析了系统功能需求、体系结构及相关关键技术。结果军人电子健康档案软件系统充分利用现有信息化建设成果,实现了对军人健康信息的数字化采集、传输和分析利用。结论军人电子健康档案对全面实施军人健康管理,促进军人健康和卫勤管理水平,保持部队战斗力具有重要意义。

Objective To explore the design and application of military electronic health record and health management system.Methods According to the characteristic and current healthcare informational state,the system functionality,architecture and some key technologies were deeply analyzed.Results The military electronic health record system had fully utilized the current information fruit and realized the digital collection,transmission,and analysis and utilization.Conclusion Military electronic health record has important meaning to implement overall health management,promote health management level and keep combat capability of troops.
