健康管理学科产教融合人才培养新模式初探

Preliminary Study on a New Mode of Integration of Industry and Education in Talent Trainning of Health Management Discipline

目的对近年来健康管理学院在健康管理学科产教融合建设过程中探索实践成果及经验进行总结分析。方法通过实现优势资源整合互补,采取校企合作、校校合作模式,经过多年不断改革实践,总结经验,弥补不足。结果形成一套"政产学研用"一体化的"厚基础、强能力、宽口径、广适应、高素质"特色的高标准人才培养创新模式。结论探索实践健康管理学科产教融合人才培养新模式,是解决健康管理产业发展中人才培养问题的重要途径,为健康管理学科发展、健康服务产业人才培养,产教融合新模式形成提供借鉴。

Objective To summarize and discuss the practice achievements and experiences of the health management college in the process of the integration of industry and education in health management disciplines in recent years.Methods The expericences were summarized and the shortage was filled by the realizating the integration of the advantageous resources,adopting school-enterprise cooperation,school-school cooperation mode,and reform practicing after continuous years.Results A set of high-standard talent training innovation mode was formed with the characteristics of "thick foundation,strong ability,wide caliber,wide adaptability and high quality" integrated with "government,industry,research".Conclusion Exploring a new mode of the integration of industry and education in the process of health management discipline is an important way to solve the problem of talent training in the development of health management industry.It provides a reference for the development of health management disciplines,the cultivation of health service industry talents,and the new mode of integration of industry and education.
