3D打印技术在人工全膝关节置换术中的应用及进展 被引量:8

摘要 全膝关节置换术(total knee arthroplasty,TKA)是关节外科领域一种常见的手术方式,它利用人工关节假体替代病变关节,消除膝关节疼痛,矫正关节畸形,改善关节功能,从而提高患者生活质量,这需要精确的术前规划和严密的手术操作[1]。随着关节置换手术的持续发展,术者们对手术技术的追求日益严苛,传统的膝关节置换术存在诸多弊端,在诸如严重骨缺损、重度成角畸形、感染翻修等复杂膝关节置换术中,单凭术者的经验很难把握截骨的角度及假体的选择,普通的膝关节假体甚至无法满足手术需要,影响术中假体安放的准确性及术后关节活动功能[2]。
