脂肪干细胞成软骨分化研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 软骨损伤自身修复能力有限一直是骨科界的难题之一,软骨组织工程为解决此难题提供了新的思路。软骨组织工程需要合适的种子细胞。软骨细胞作为种子细胞时,因其在体外培养中增殖能力有限、扩增后容易老化的特点限制了其在软骨组织工程中的进一步应用。脂肪干细胞具有来源充足、取材方便、对自体损伤小、多向分化能力、免疫原性低等诸多优势,能够弥补软骨细胞的不足,是软骨组织工程理想的种子细胞之一[1]。
