Objective To make military hospitals keeping pace with reformation trend,enhance the capability of medical support and offer high-quality medical service.Methods The problems in the current development of military hospitals were analyzed,and the medical development strategies and policy suggestions of military hospitals were discussed.Results Focused on military medical support,integrated into local health system,and strengthened economic operation and management were required of the military hospitals under the current reform situation.The future development strategies of military hospitals were explored by deepening military-civilian medical integration,strengthening technological innovation and information resource integration,and implementing fine economic management.Conclusion The military hospitals should explore innovative development measures,the superior management department should strengthen institutional innovation and policy support,to improve the military hospital service capacity and promote the steady development of civil-military integration.
