优化卒中流程对急性缺血性脑卒中非溶栓患者的影响

Effect of Optimized Stroke Process on Non-thrombolytic Patients in Acute Ischemic Stroke

目的探讨优化脑卒中流程对急性缺血性脑卒中(acute ischemic stroke,AIS)非溶栓患者诊治疗效指标的影响。方法按脑卒中中心成立前后分成对照组(n=216)和正式运行组(n=252),记录诊治过程各环节时间点,评价两组死亡例数、各阶段美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(national institute of health stroke scale,NIHSS)评分、住院天数和住院费用的变化。结果脑卒中中心成立后各环节时间呈持续减少;其中,3个月后NIHSS评分在两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本中心通过优化卒中诊疗流程,减少了AIS非溶栓前诊疗各环节时间,为AIS非患者预后带来更多的获益。

Objective To discuss effect of optimized stroke process on therapeutic indexes for diagnosing and treating non-thrombolytic patients in acute ischemic stroke(AIS).Methods Patients were divided into a control group(n=216)and a formal group(n=252)based on the time of stroke center construction.The time points in the course of diagnosis and treatment were recorded to evaluate the number of deaths,national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS)scores,days of hospital stay and hospital charges in the two groups.Results After the construction of the stroke center,time spent in different parts was decreasing.After 3 months,there was significantly different in NIHSS scores between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion After the stroke center construction,it is helpful for significantly reducing time of such diagnosis and treatment in different parts,improving medical institutions′diagnosis and treatment of stroke,bringing more benefits to patients with AIS by optimizing procedures for diagnosing and treating stroke.
