摘要
目的观察红光治疗联合云南白药对子宫颈环形电切术(loop electrosurgical excision procedure,LEEP)后创面愈合疗效。方法将作者医院73例宫颈高级别鳞状上皮内病变(high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion,HSIL)行宫颈LEEP刀治疗的患者纳入研究,术后每周随访1次,随访4周。对照组30例,活力碘擦洗宫颈。观察组43例,宫颈使用红光治疗后喷洒云南白药粉。对比两组术后出血量、出血时间、阴道排液时间、创面愈合时间。术后2个月,对比两组宫颈感染、宫颈粘连、宫颈子宫内膜异位症发生率。结果观察组术后出血量、出血时间、阴道排液时间指标均优于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组56 d创面愈合人数明显多于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。与对照组比较,观察组宫颈感染、宫颈粘连、宫颈子宫内膜异位症发生率更低,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论红光联合云南白药可促进宫颈LEEP刀术后创面愈合,可减少并发症。
Objective To observe the effect of red light therapy combined with Yunnan Baiyao on wound after loop electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP).Methods Seventy-three patients with high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion(HSIL)after LEEP operation in authors′hospital were included,all patients were followed up once a week for 4 weeks.The control group(n=30)received active iodine to scrub the cervix.In observation group(n=45),the cervix was sprayed with Yunnan Baiyao after red light treatment.The blood loss,bleeding time,vaginal drainage time and wound healing time after operation of the two groups were compared.The incidence of cervical infection,cervical adhesion and cervical endometriosis were compared between two groups at two months after operation.Results The observation group was superior to control group in terms of postoperative blood loss,bleeding time and vaginal drainage time,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The number of wound healing on 56-day in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.01).Compared with control group,the observation group had a lower incidence of cervical infection,cervical adhesion and cervical endometriosis,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Red light combined with Yunnan Baiyao can promote wound healing after LEEP surgery and reduce complications.
