摘要
对番茄早疫病菌(Alternariasonali)研究表明:PDA、PSA是其最适合培养基,pH2~12菌丝均能生长,pH6~8生长较快。该菌在5~35℃均能生长,其中,最适温度为25~30℃;在5~35℃分生孢子均能萌发,适宜温度为25~30℃;分生孢子致死温度为50℃(10min)。该菌对多种单糖、双糖和多糖等碳源及有机氮、无机氮等氮源都能利用。葡萄糖、蔗糖和甘露糖为最适碳源;酪氨酸、甘氨酸、天门冬酰氨为最适氮源。该菌在一般培养基上不经过特别处理,一般不产孢或很难产孢,紫外线照射促进产孢,番茄汁培养基结合紫外线照射可产生大量分生孢子。
The optimum medium for mycelial growth of Alternaria sonali in vitro was PDA, PSA. The mycelia could grow under the conditions of pH 2-12, and the optimum pH for mycelia growth was 6.0-80. The hyphae could grow and the conidial could germinate in 5-35℃, and the optimum temperature was in the range of 25-30℃. The lethal temperature of the conidia was 50℃ for ten minutes. The pathogen could use many carbohydrates and nitrogen sources, but the optimum carbon sources were glucose, sucrose and mannose, and the optimum nitrogen sources were tyrosine, glysine and asparaginate,respectively. The fungus hardly sporulated little on the tested media, but sporulated much on the tomato juice medium induced by ultraviolet radiation.
