我国城市生态林业保障体系建设的问题、成因及对策分析

Analysis of the Construction of City Forestry Ecological Security System in China

党的十八大会议明确提出转变经济发展方式要处理好经济发展同生态环境保护的关系.为构建社会主义和谐社会和实施"生态立县"等目标,本文以我国城市生态林业建设保障体系构建过程中遇到的问题、成因及对策为主要研究对象,通过结合当前我国城市生态环境建设的实际情况,分析问题,提出改善策略.

The 18th National Congress of Communist Party of China explicitly put forward that the transformation of the pattern of economic development should deal with the relationship between economic development and ecological environment protection. In order to build a harmonious socialist society and implement the goals such as 'ecological county',the problems,causes and countermeasures of the urban ecological forestry construction existed in the construction of security system were analyzed,by combining the actual situation of the urban ecological environment construction in our country,and put forward the improving strategies.
