网络消费行为对商业地产的影响分析——基于消费者行为视角 被引量:1

摘要 互联网技术会和传统商业地产运营模式相融合,导致商业地产业态分化加速。本文从消费者行为角度着手,分析网络消费影响下商业地产发展趋势,认为网络消费行为能提升商业地产行业发展质量和结构,长期利好商业地产行业,并提出四类能有效分享网络消费发展趋势的商业地产类型及特征。
