摘要
对沙钢1号高炉大修改造炉体设计特点进行了总结分析。沙钢1号高炉采用全冷却壁结构型式,薄壁内衬,陶瓷杯加水冷炭砖薄炉底、炉缸结构,冷却系统采用软水密闭循环冷却,并装备了完善的监测系统。
The paper summarizes the design features of No.1 BF stack Relining in Shagang. Some advanced technologies are adopted as follow: full stave structure, thin lining brick, ceramic lining integrated with water cooled thin bottom and hearth carbon brick structure, the soft water closed loop circulation system for cooling, and developed observation system.
