摘要
借助ANSYS12.0软件,选择标准κ-ε模型和标准壁面函数对双级切线泵在设计工况进行了三维湍流数值模拟,分析了叶轮、蜗壳内流体的流动规律,指出切线泵相邻叶片之间存在明显的强制涡,直叶片进口处存在明显的冲击损失。蜗壳内流动在隔舌处存在明显的速度变化,产生很大的冲击损失,是引起震动和噪声的主要因素。
The standard κ-ε model and wall functions were applied to the numerical simulation of three-dimensional turbulence flow at design point for double stage tangent pump by means of ANSYS12.0. The velocity and the pressure fields in impeller and volute were investigated in detail. Obvious forced vortex between adjacent blades of tangent pump and impact at the leading edge of impeller were observed. The obvious change of velocity at the baffle tongue was the main factor leading to noise and vibrancy.
