提升现代图书馆职能 为学校发展保驾护航

图书馆在现代高校的教学与科研中具有不可替代的作用。本文基于华北水利水电学院正处在由教学型向教学科研型大学转变和博士点建设特殊时期的特点,提出了促进图书馆与院系间的协作、加强信息资源平台建设和充分发挥现代网络技术的作用等切实可行的措施,以提升现代图书馆的职能,更好服务于学校在这一特殊发展时期的大总方针。

Libraries are playing an irreplaceable role in modern universities. Presently,North China Institute of Water Conservancy and Hydroelectric Power is in a transformation period from a teaching to teaching / researching type,as well as building doctoral degree programs. Facing such transformation,a couple of measures are proposed in this paper so as to promote functions of our university library,and subsequently be at service of general policy of the university development. These measures include enhancing cooperation with colleges and / or departments,making full use of modern network technology and strengthening the construction of the information resources and so on.
