基于CAD数据实现房屋竣工测量成果建库并增量更新地形图数据

为解决房屋竣工测量成果和地形图成果的数据共享问题,重新梳理制定了房屋竣工测量数据标准,并引入增量更新的概念,不但实现房屋竣工测量CAD成果直接建库,而且能够提取地形增量变化信息动态更新地形图数据库,最后用实例对标准进行了验证。

In order to solve the data sharing problem between housing completion survey and topographic map database,by reenacting data standards of housing completion survey and introducing the concept of incremental update,not only realize database construction of housing completion survey based on CAD data,but also can extract terrain changes dynamically to update the topographic map database,finally,carry out a test of this new model by using new data standard.
