摘要
针对小沙河治理工程地处山丘区、控制流域面积较小和水文资料匮乏所导致的设计洪水推求困难问题,本文在参照河南省不同版本水文计算图集推求设计暴雨的基础上,根据产汇流原理,采用推理公式法计算设计洪水,并与小沙河下游已治理河段设计洪水水文比拟成果进行对比分析。结果表明,推理公式法计算成果合理可靠,保证了同一河流上下游不同治理段间水文成果的协调,为解决豫南山丘地区中小流域设计洪水计算问题提供了一条新的思路。
Aiming at difficulties to design flood caculating of Xiaoshahe River regulation which located in the mountains featuring a small controlled basin area and lack of hydrological data,on the basis of computing design rainstorm by referring to different version of hydrological calculation atlas in henan province,this paper calculates design flood by rational formula with the theory of runoff yield and concentration.The results are compared with design flood of lower reach of the same river which has been regulated, comparative analysis shows that design flood results of rational formula are rational and reliable,which keeps coordination between different regulation reachs in a same river,it provides a new way to solving problem of design flood computing of middle or small catchment at mountain areas in southern henan province.
