摘要 目的:初步研究溴乙烷对小鼠呼吸系统的影响。方法:将20只实验小鼠随机分成5组,即1个对照组和4个实验组,4个实验组浓度分别12g/L,14g/L,16g/L,18g/L,对照组为含生理盐水的空气,观察溴乙烷对小鼠发生呼吸系统的一致程度以及肺组织的形态学改变。结果:实验组中溴乙烷浓度高的,小鼠放入染毒箱后最先出现躁动不安,少数则站立不稳,四肢振颤,张口呼吸,呼吸急促而困难,肺组织形态学改变也越明显,不久就死亡。而对照组小鼠未见异常。结论:一定浓度的溴乙烷气体会引起小鼠呼吸抑制,浓度越高,呼吸抑制现象越明显,肺组织的形态学改变也越明显,反之则不明显。 objective a preliminary study on the influence of bromoethane on the respiratory system of mice. While the control group mice showed no abnormality.Conclusions Bromoethane certain concentration gas can cause respiratory inhibition of mice, the higher the concentration, respiratory inhibition phenomenon more obvious, the morphological changes of lung tissue is more obvious, the converse is not obvious.
