摘要
高校图书馆实行自助服务后,有些馆员的素质已不能适应自助服务的发展,本文旨在探讨在高校图书馆实行自助服务后对馆员素质的新要求及提高馆员素质的方法。
After the implementation of self-service in university libraries, some librarians quality can not meet the development of self-service.This paper aims to explore the new requirements on the quality of librarians and the methods to improve the quality of librarians after the implementation of self-service in the university library.
