九江市高星级酒店英语培训存在问题及对策

With the increasing room rate of foreign guests in high star-rated hotels in Jiujiang,English is becoming more and more important in hotel service so that it is of great significance to train hotel staff English language.However,the current situation of high starrated hotel staffs' English level is worrisome in Jiujiang.This paper begins with analyzing the questionnaire of current situation of high starrated hotel English training in Jiujiang and put forwards the corresponding countermeasures from English training needs,English training plan,English training methods,English training incentive system and autonomous learning English consciousness.
