摘要
本文对有机硅树脂胶黏剂及其改性方法作了简单的介绍。目前主要有两种改性方法,一种是采用有机高分子材料改性有机硅树脂;另一种是采用无机材料改性有机硅树脂。并对这两种改性有机硅树脂胶黏剂方法的研究进展进行了综述。
In this paper, we introduce organic silicone resin adhesive, and the modified methods of organic silicone resin adhesive are also briefly introduced. At present, there are mainly two ways to modify organic silicone resin adhesive, one is modified by organic resin materials, and the other is modified by inorganic materials. In addition, the paper also reviews research progress of the two modified organic silicone resin adhesive methods.
