半导体生产调度优化综述

摘要 本文针对半导体行业生产的特点,分析了半导体生产调度研究中所采用的优化模型,包括确定性条件下和不确定条件下两种情况,对不同的模型进行了对比,最后展望了半导体生产调度优化发展的方向。
