摘要
现浇钢筋混凝土防撞护栏是高速公路桥梁最常用的护栏,其施工看似简单,但要真正做到外光内实及线形平顺难度较大,为此从混凝土拌制、模板加工安装、钢筋加工安装及混凝土浇筑等多个方面对其施工工艺的优化进行了总结,从中找出有效解决表面气泡、砂线、水纹及错台等质量通病的办法。
The cast-in-place reinforced concrete crash barrier is the most commonly used barrier in highway bridges,its construction appears to be simple,but actually achieving external light and inner solid and smooth linear is very difficult. Therefore,this paper summarized the construction process optimization from concrete mixing,template processing installation,reinforcing steel processing installation and concrete pouring and other aspects,to find out the effective solution of surface bubbles,sand line,water wave and dislocation and other quality defects.
