摘要
本文以300MW锅炉机组SCR脱硝系统为研究对象,运用数值分析手段,对锅炉机组的脱硝系统进行取样分析,得出了各测试机组在不同工况下的理论用氨量,并和脱硝系统实际用氨量进行对比分析,提出了在保证脱硝系统正常运行情况下减少氨用量的措施,为脱硝系统氨的用量提供了理论依据。
This paper takes SCR denitrification system in 300 MW boiler unit as the research object, using numerical analysis method, the boiler denitrification system is sampled and analyzed, the theoretical ammonia amounts of each test unit under different conditions are obtained, and they are contrastively analyzed with the actual using amounts of ammonia in denitration system, measures to reduce ammonia dosage under normal operation condition of denitration system are proposed, which provide the theoretical basis for ammonia dosage in the denitrification system.
