大力发展新能源项目,是我国可持续发展战略的重要组成部分。在风能和太阳能资源丰富地区,提高风电、光伏新能源电源项目入网的能力,是实现国家增大清洁能源比重、节能降耗的目标的重要一步。
Developing the new energy project is an important part of sustainable development strategy in our country.In the districts with abundant wind and solar energy resources,improving the access ability of wind power,photovoltaic(pv)in new energy power project's,is an important step to realize the country's increase in the proportion of clean energy and energy saving and consumption reducing.
