摘要
本文分析了轴承套圈双端面磨削中贯穿式、往复式、立式磨削存在的问题,重点介绍了切入式双端面数控轴承磨床的磨削原理、套圈旋转、砂轮修整、机床调整和维护等,实践证明,切入式双端面数控磨削能够有效降低生产成本,提高生产效率。
This paper analyzed the problems of grinding through double-acting, reciprocating, vertical grinding in thebearing ring,mainly introduced the grinding principles,ferrule rotation, dresser, machine adjustment and maintenan-ceof plunge double disc surface CNC bearing machine. Practice shows that plunge double disc surface CNC grindinghas achieved good results in reducing production costs and improving production efficiency.
