应力等效线性化对GIS母线壳体的分析

Analysis of the GIS Bus Shell with Stress Equivalent Linearization

利用ANSYS对GIS四通母线进行有限元应力分析,在设计压力0.6MPa下,对壳体应力集中部位进行应力等效线性化处理,确定合理的等效线性化路径,提取出等效线性化路径上的薄膜应力、弯曲应力等数据进行应力强度评定,对GIS母线壳体开大孔、有支筒体的结构设计时,有一定的参考价值。

Finite element stress analysis was carried out on the GIS four bus with ANSYS. Under the designed stressof 0.6MPa,the stress concentration parts of the shell was treated with stress equivalent linearization to determine thereasonable equivalent linearization route, and the stress intensity was evaluated by extracting the data of film stressand bending stress in this route. The structure of GIS bus was designed with a big hole opened in the shell with abranched tube, which has certain reference.
