Capacity Evaluation and Analysis of Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport

随着中原经济的快速发展,航空需求急剧增长带来了一系列问题,如高峰时机场拥挤、延误增加,服务质量下降等。造成这些问题的根本原因在于机场需求超过机场容量,机场容量已不能满足当前航空运输的需求。机场容量作为机场中最容易形成瓶颈的子系统往往决定了整个空中交通容量水平。本文通过郑州新郑国际机场容量评估分析,结合现场运行、航班运行特点及空中交通管理服务,从理论及管理上提出增加机场容量方式建议。

With the rapid development of the Central Plains economy, the rapid growth of aviation demand hasbrought a series of problems, such as the airport congestion during the peak period, increase of delay, the decrease ofservice quality, etc. The root cause of these problems lies in the fact that the airport demand exceeds the airport ca-pacity, the airport capacity cannot meet the needs of the current air transport. Airport capacity as the sub- systemwhich is mostly easy to form of the bottleneck in the airport often determines the whole air traffic capacity levels.Based on the evaluation and analysis on the capacity of Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport, combined withOn-site operation, flight operation features and air traffic management services, the paper puts forward the sugges-tions for increasing the capacity of the airport in the theory and management.
