摘要
近年来,气力输送在火力发电厂粉煤灰、化工粉体、颗粒料、精细化工的原材料、水泥、粮食等输送工程中已得到了广泛的应用。风机作为气力输送系统的气源设备,在气力输送系统中处于核心地位。本文从应用于气力输送系统中风机的类型,风机在不同方式气力输送中的应用,风机的选型等几个方面,研究了风机在气力输送系统中的应用。在选型上重点是从风机与管网的配合角度来考虑,通过对管网的计算来选择风机。该应用研究对气力输送系统的设计计算及气源机械的选择有一定的指导意义。
In recent years,pneumatic conveying has been widely used in the transportation of fly ash of power plant,chemical powders,granules,fine chemical raw materials,cement,grain and so on. Fan,as the gas source equip-ment in pneumatic conveying system,is at the core position in pneumatic conveying system. This article studied theapplication of fans in pneumatic conveying system,from several aspects,such as the type of fans applied in pneu-matic conveying systems,fans used in different pneumatic conveying systems,fans selection. In most materials,theselection of the fan is mainly considered from the coordination between the fan and pipe network,we select the fanthrough the pipe network calculations. This research has certain guidance on the design and calculation of pneumaticconveying systems and selection of gas source machinery.
