摘要
在当今钢铁产能过剩、品种繁多的形式下,90年代设计投产的小方坯设计规格单一,本文从工艺、设备入手,对方坯生产线进行规格扩展,重新设计结晶器和三段冷却喷淋管结构,取得良好效果。
Under the current situation of surplus iron and steel production capacity with a wide range of variety, thebillet designed and commissioned in the 1990 s has single design specifications, this paper, from the craft and theequipment, carries out a specifications expansion of billet production line, re-designs the mould and three-stage cool-ing spray pipe structure, and achieves good results.
