本文结合洛三高速公路改扩建工程,研究高速公路改扩建工程保通方案设计,要树立"以人为本,以车为体"的设计思想,制定一套科学、合理和系统的保通方案,发挥老路的社会经济效益,减少社会影响。

Combined with the improvement and extension project of Luosan Expressway, the pat scheme of highwayimprovement and extension project are studied in this paper, establishing with the designing concept of 'people-ori-ented and taking cars as the body ', to develop a set of scientific, reasonable and systematic pat scheme, play the oldsocial and economic benefits, and reduce the social impact.
