义翔铝业节能技术改造的探究与实施

2012年以来,义翔铝业加大节能投入,积极致力于各项节能技术改造的探索与实施,进行了多项节能技改项目,包括利用氧化铝系统回水加热除盐水改造、增加低温加热器进一步提高除盐水温度并降低锅炉氧腐蚀的改造等。从而降低了生产各项能耗,使企业达到了降本增效的目的。

Since 2012, Yixiang Aluminum Industry has increased its energy saving investment, and has been ac-tively engaged in the exploration and implementation of various energy saving technologies transformation, and car-ried out a number of energy-saving technology transformation projects, including the transformation of salt waterremoval by aluminum oxide system backwater heating, the transformation of further improving salt water removaltemperature and reducing boiler oxygen corrosion by increasing low-temperature heater. Thereby, the energy con-sumption of the production is reduced, thus achieving the goal of reducing cost and improving efficiency of the en-terprises.
